There are no other understandings, promises, or obligations contained in this document or in any verbal or written statement that is not expressly set forth herein. The terms and conditions set forth in this agreement shall supersede all previous agreements, proposals, understandings, representations, warranties, negotiations, discussions, communications, or undertakings, whether written or oral. This entire agreement constitutes the final, complete, and exclusive expression of the parties' agreement on the matters contained herein, and may not be contradicted by evidence of any prior agreement or commitment.
