Documents are the way of managing Documents/Files inside the Mobile2b platform.
Document Collection
A Document Collection is a collection of Documents.
Flow Documents
The Flow Documents are documents generated via the Document Generation node.
Native Document
Creator There are 3 types of documents which are considered native/editable:
- Rich text (HTML)
- Markdown
- Text
These documents can be edited using the platform functionality.
Uploaded Document
Format
Following file formats are supported by Document Center:
- DOC(X)
- XLS(S)
- PPT(X)
- HTML
- TXT
- RTF
- JPG
- PNG
Note that Document Center does not have a preview functionality for Microsoft Office Documents (DOC(X), XLS(X), PPT(X)).
Size
You can upload files with a size of up to 20 MB to Document Center.
Sharing
You can decide to share a document with people outside the Mobile2b system. When you share a document, a unique link will be created that you can send to people to view your document. For added security, you can optionally decide to add a password protection and/or an expiration date for your share link.
