Once the verification process is complete, the system generates a unique user ID and stores the user's details in the database. The newly registered user receives an email with a confirmation link that requires them to click on it to activate their account. After successful activation, the user gains access to the system where they can log in using their credentials and start utilizing its features and functionalities.
