The Farm Equipment Maintenance Request process begins when an equipment operator submits a request for maintenance via the company's online portal. The request is reviewed by the Equipment Maintenance Manager who assesses the urgency of the issue and assigns a priority level to the work order. If the request requires immediate attention, the Maintenance Technician is notified to proceed with the repair or maintenance. If the issue can be resolved without immediate action, the Technician schedules a time for the work to be completed. Once the work is completed, the Equipment Maintenance Manager reviews the outcome and updates the equipment's maintenance history in the company database. The manager also informs the equipment operator of the completion status via the online portal.
